هذا الموقع (ahmedqa.com) وتطبيق «Ahmed Automation Hub» يُدارَان بواسطة أحمد مروان، مختص تجارة إلكترونية وتصوير في المملكة العربية السعودية. التطبيق أداة أتمتة مرتبطة بحساب إنستغرام الخاص بنا (@qqad7) لإدارة النشر والتفاعل مع الجمهور. للتواصل: ahmed1blog@gmail.com.
This website (ahmedqa.com) and the "Ahmed Automation Hub" application are operated by Ahmed Marwan, an e-commerce and photography specialist based in Saudi Arabia. The application is an automation tool connected to our own Instagram account (@qqad7) to manage publishing and audience interaction. Contact: ahmed1blog@gmail.com.
2 ما البيانات التي نجمعها من زوار الموقع
- بيانات الاستخدام: نوع المتصفح، الجهاز، الصفحات المزارة، ومدة الزيارة (عبر أدوات تحليلات قياسية).
- بيانات التواصل: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني إذا راسلتنا أو ملأت نموذجاً طوعاً.
- ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies): لتحسين تجربة التصفح وقياس الأداء فقط.
- Usage data: browser type, device, pages visited, and visit duration (via standard analytics).
- Contact data: name and email if you contact us or voluntarily submit a form.
- Cookies: used only to improve browsing experience and measure performance.
3 بيانات إنستغرام التي يعالجها التطبيق
يستخدم تطبيق «Ahmed Automation Hub» واجهة Instagram Graph API من Meta للوصول إلى بيانات حساب إنستغرام المهني الخاص بنا فقط، وبموافقتنا الصريحة، للبيانات التالية:
- الملف المهني: مُعرّف الحساب واسم المستخدم (id, username).
- التعليقات: نص التعليقات الواردة على منشوراتنا ومُعرّف صاحب التعليق العام، لغرض الرد الآلي.
- الرسائل المباشرة (Direct): محتوى الرسائل الواردة إلى حسابنا، لغرض الرد وإرسال الروابط/الملفات المطلوبة.
- الوسائط المجدولة: الصور والفيديوهات والنصوص التي نضيفها بأنفسنا للنشر التلقائي.
- الإحصاءات: بيانات الأداء العامة لمنشوراتنا (اختياري).
The "Ahmed Automation Hub" app uses Meta's Instagram Graph API to access data only from our own professional Instagram account, with our explicit consent, for: profile info (id, username), incoming comments on our posts (for auto-reply), incoming direct messages (to reply and deliver requested links/files), media we schedule ourselves, and public insights of our posts. The app does not access data of accounts other than the connected owner account.
4 كيف نستخدم البيانات
- الرد الآلي على التعليقات والرسائل الواردة على حسابنا في إنستغرام.
- إرسال روابط أو ملفات يطلبها المتفاعل عبر رسالة مباشرة.
- جدولة ونشر محتوى حسابنا تلقائياً في الأوقات المحددة.
- تحسين المحتوى وقياس الأداء العام.
We use the data to: auto-reply to comments and messages on our account, deliver requested links/files via direct message, schedule and publish our own content automatically, and improve content and measure performance. We do not use the data for advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
6 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات التفاعل للمدة اللازمة فقط لتقديم الخدمة. تُعالَج التعليقات والرسائل لحظياً للرد عليها ولا نُنشئ قاعدة بيانات دائمة لمحتوى المتفاعلين. بيانات الجدولة تبقى حتى اكتمال النشر. يمكن حذف أي بيانات عند الطلب.
We retain interaction data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Comments and messages are processed in real time to respond and are not stored in a permanent database of audience content. Scheduling data is kept until publishing completes. Any data can be deleted upon request.
7 حذف بياناتك
يمكن لأي شخص طلب حذف بياناته المرتبطة بتفاعله مع حسابنا:
- عبر البريد: أرسل طلباً إلى ahmed1blog@gmail.com بعنوان «حذف بيانات» مع اسم المستخدم في إنستغرام، وسنعالج الطلب خلال 30 يوماً.
- من إنستغرام مباشرة: يمكنك إلغاء وصول التطبيق من: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ومواقع الويب في حساب إنستغرام.
To request deletion of data related to your interaction with our account, email ahmed1blog@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and your Instagram username; requests are processed within 30 days. You may also revoke app access anytime from Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites.
8 الأمان
نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS) ونحفظ رموز الوصول (Access Tokens) في تخزين آمن غير علني. الوصول إلى بنية الأتمتة محصور بنا وحدنا.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and store access tokens in secure, non-public storage. Access to the automation infrastructure is restricted to us only.
9 حقوقك
لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. للممارسة، تواصل عبر البريد أدناه.

10 خصوصية الأطفال + التغييرات
خدماتنا غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عمداً. قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ التحديث أعلى الصفحة.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy; the update date appears at the top of this page.
